Dr Munidasa Winslow
Founding Board Member and President
Dr Muni Winslow specialises in addiction and impulse control disorders such as alcohol, substance dependence, gambling, gaming and sexual compulsivity amongst others. He is a pioneer in addiction and impulse control disorders in the Asia-Pacific region. Dr Winslow is the CEO of Promises Healthcare and is the Founding Board Member and President of PSALT Care. Before founding Promises, Dr Winslow served as chief of the Addiction Medicine Department at IMH. He played a pioneering role in the setting up of the National Addictions Management Service (NAMS).
Mr Jackie Tay, MBA
Board Member & Executive Director
Jackie has been in the non-profit sector for more than 12 years and has been with PSALT Care since May 2017. Inspired by a sense of service to the community, he came out of a long and varied career in the corporate sector, bringing with him extensive organisational expertise in finance, general management and marketing communications plus a deep passion to serve. A down-to-earth and personable leader, Jackie seeks to inspire many others to support persons in the mental health recovery journey. He is a Level 2 trained Facilitator of the Wellness Recovery Action Plan®, and has shared his expertise to other SSAs in Singapore particularly on spearheading wellness recovery groups.
Ms Tanya Maitland, MSW, MSS (Couns)
Board Member & Deputy Executive Director
Tanya is a trained counsellor and social worker, with more than 15 years of experience in the mental health and addiction sector. She is passionate about mental health and believes that recovery is possible. In her professional experience, Tanya has set-up and headed social service and aftercare & family service centres, served as Director for Psychology, Addictions and Counselling Training, and led the first stand-alone Mental Health Services Team at the National Council of Social Service. She is the past President of the Society Against Family Violence, and is a co-founding team member of Caring for Life where she currently serves as Board Member. Tanya was a recipient of the Lien Foundation Scholarship for Social Service Leaders.
Mr Aloysius Kwok
Assistant Head for Operations & Manager, Volunteer and Stakeholder Engagement
Aloysius holds a Degree in Psychology and has over 5 years of experience in community and charity organisations, prior to joining PSALT Care in 2020. He oversees the monthly recovery-focused activities, manages facility operations at our activity hub, and significantly contributes to facilitating support groups and activities. Collaborating with various organisations, he conducts mental health talks as part of his role in volunteer and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, he contributes to digitalisation, digital solutions and compliance matters.
Mrs Vida Ortiz, M.Couns.
M.Couns., Senior Manager (Corporate Engagement) and Counsellor
Vida has been serving in the Singapore social service sector since 2010 and has been providing counselling and psychotherapy since 2014. Prior to joining PSALT Care, she led initiatives such as family life/sexuality education and mental wellness programmes conducted in schools, community centres, government offices and corporations. She also held a senior management position in an eldercare centre. Vida is passionate in promoting mental health and creating social impact through Corporate Responsibility and Philanthropy initiatives.
